QCS-RIMS is a web based system that uses bar code scanning technology to re-engineer the business processes of vehicle receiving and/or performing physical inventories.
Upon vehicle(s) arrival a wireless mobile bar code scanner feeds VIN decoded data into the system and the vehicle information is instantly posted to the dealers QCS-RIMS web page for review, validation and printing of stock/key tags and integrated labels. Manual processes and redundant tasks are eliminated ensuring accurate and instant receipt into the dealership process.
DMS integration is optional.

Using the QCS-RIMS system anyone can simply scan in the bar coded stock tags error free and an inventory variance report is produced.

DEALERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
QCS-RIMS is a web based system therefore requires no software installation at the dealership. Each dealership is assigned an I.D. to log into their web page with authorized usernames and passwords.
Printing is done on a laser jet printer with a manual feed for the QCS-RIMS custom stock/key tags and one drawer for the integrated labels. Most dealers can set up an existing printer to be used with the system.
